专利说明:

[0001] The invention relates to the field of make-up, more particularly that of the eyes, by adding natural eyelashes to artificial eyelashes, more commonly known as "false eyelashes". The invention more specifically relates to an artificial eyelash dispensing device and a module comprising such a device. The use of artificial eyelashes is generally intended to increase the volume, the length, or the brightness of natural eyelashes, or to bring to the face an aesthetic and decorative element in the same way as a jewel, for example. The artificial eyelashes are generally marketed in the form of units, each unit comprising an eyelash fringe and a binding strip holding the eyelashes together at their base, the other end of the eyelashes being free. These units can be sold in pairs, in classic cases that have evolved very little since their first appearances and are thus forgotten the important innovation efforts devolved to the field of makeup. These boxes do not have a particular aesthetic or playful aspect for the consumer, which can attract one product rather than another. Indeed, the companies marketing these cases seek to distinguish themselves from other products only by color variations, but do not seek to give artificial eyelashes cases original characters in the design or operation that are truly identity of the brand of eyelashes. In addition, these boxes are impractical since they provide a limited stock of artificial eyelash units, typically a single pair, which tends to increase the unit volume occupied by such a case, as well as the price of pair of eyelash units sold. These two factors tend to limit the purchase of significant quantities of artificial eyelashes.
[0002] Artificial eyelash dispensers are also known comprising a case and a support band on which the artificial eyelashes are fixed. A mechanism of movement inside the case then allows the lashes to be directed towards the outside of the case. This solution makes it possible to store 3033990 2 a large number of eyelashes. However, these distributors have the disadvantage of not being reusable because once all the eyelashes consumed the eyelash dispenser becomes unusable. One of the objectives of the invention is to allow the user to reuse at least a portion of the dispensing device after consuming the eyelashes contained therein.
[0003] This object is achieved in the context of the present invention by means of an artificial eyelash dispensing device, comprising a housing, a support band on which a plurality of artificial eyelashes are attached, and a displacement mechanism adapted to be actuated to cause a displacement of the support band in order to route the artificial eyelashes to an outer space of the housing, said device 10 being provided with a refill designed to be removably assembled to the housing, said refill comprising a plate, said support strip and the displacement mechanism, said support strip and the displacement mechanism being mounted on said plate. In this way, the user who has consumed all the artificial eyelashes of the device 15 can simply replace the refill while retaining the case. The user can thus reuse at least a portion of the device for dispensing artificial eyelashes. Advantageously, but optionally, the invention may further be completed with all or part of the following features: said casing is provided with a dispensing opening; said moving mechanism is able to be actuated to cause a displacement of the casing; strip for conveying the artificial eyelashes towards the dispensing aperture and allowing an exit of the artificial eyelashes through the dispensing opening, - said platen is designed to be secured to the housing by screwing, - said platen is designed to be joined together by the box by elastic deformation and / or snapping, 3033990 3 - the box comprises a base and a cover adapted to be removably joined to each other, - said plate is designed to be removably mounted relative to the base and / or cover, 5 - said platen is provided with a rotating guide bearing of the band, - said platen is designed to prevent the unfolding acement of the band in a direction opposite to that of the movement of the band allowing an exit of the eyelashes, - said plate is provided with a guide rib for guiding the support band, - the movement mechanism of the support band comprises A coil mounted rotatably relative to the housing, a means for actuating the coil in rotation, permitting the winding of the support strip around the coil, the winding of the support strip around the coil causing the moving the support band for the distribution of the eyelashes. The invention also relates to a refill for such a device.
[0004] Other features, objects and advantages of the invention will emerge from the description which follows, which is purely illustrative and nonlimiting, and which should be read with reference to the following appended drawings: FIG. artificial eyelash dispensing device according to one embodiment of the invention, shown in a first configuration. Figure 1b shows a front view of the device of Figure 1a, shown in a second configuration. - Figure 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the device of Figure lb. - Figure 3 is a top view of the device, according to the same embodiment. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a refill of the dispensing device, according to the same embodiment. - Figure 5 is a view of a face of the refill, according to the same embodiment. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a base of a casing of the dispensing device, according to the same embodiment. - Figure 7 is a perspective view of the base of said case with the refill, according to the same embodiment. 5 - Figure 8 is a profile view of the refill, according to the same embodiment. - Figure 9 is a perspective view of a cover of said housing, according to the same embodiment. As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the invention relates to an artificial eyelash dispensing device 1. Said device 1 comprises a housing 10, preferably made of plastic such as polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE), acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS), styrene acrylonitrile (SAN), or polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyethylene terephthalate glycolized ( PETG), or in Surlyn® resin, polyoxymethylene (POM). The housing 10 may also be made of metal, such as aluminum, Zamak, etc. The case 10 may be opaque or transparent to reveal the elements it contains, especially at least partially as will be developed below. Here, the housing 10 is composed of a peripheral contour 350 and two side walls 310, 320 defining an interior of the housing. Said peripheral contour 350 connects the two side walls 310, 320 which are substantially flat, of the same shape and parallel to each other. One of the side walls, said bottom 310, and the peripheral contour 350 are advantageously made of material, said peripheral contour 350 being arranged along a periphery of said bottom 310. The bottom 310 and the peripheral contour 350 form a base. The other of the side walls, called cover 320, is able to serve as a cover at the base.
[0005] The base and the cover 320, respectively illustrated in FIGS. 6 and 9, are designed to be assembled together in a non-definitive manner, for example by screwing, snapping or elastic deformation. In other words, said cover 320 and said base are designed to be assembled together removably. According to the invention, the device 1 comprises a reloadable refill relative to the case 10. Said refill is provided with a plate 102, as illustrated in FIGS. 4, 5, 7 and 8. In other words, said plate 102 is designed to to be secured to the housing 10 in a non-definitive manner, for example by screwing, snap-fastening or elastic deformation. In other words, said plate 102 is designed to be removed from the housing 10, in particular when the base and the lid 320 are disengaged. According to the invention, the removability of the plate 102, particularly with respect to the housing 10, 10 allows a reloading of the device 1 without having to replace the entirety thereof. Said platinum 102 is a support for example designed to be in contact with a portion of the base, inside the housing 10. Said platen 102 may be provided with a substantially planar portion 107. It is also noted that the plate 102 presents dimensions allowing a positioning of the plate inside said base, in particular inside a space 15 delimited by said peripheral contour 350. Alternatively, in another embodiment not illustrated by the figures, said plate 102 can be secured to the lid 320. It is also noted that said plate 102 may be designed in a material identical to that of the housing 10, for example in a plastic or metal material. Alternatively, said plate 102 may be made of another material. As illustrated in FIGS. 1b and 2, the housing 10 is provided with a dispensing opening 11 through which the eyelashes 41 exit for use by a user. Said device 1 also comprises, inside the housing 10, a support band 30, shown in dashed line in FIG. 8, on which the eyelashes 41 are fixed, and a displacement mechanism able to be actuated to cause displacement 3033990 of the support band 30 in order to convey the eyelashes 41 to the dispensing opening 11. Said device 1 is thus configured to allow the exit of the artificial eyelashes 41 through the dispensing opening 11, under the action of the displacement of the According to the invention, said support strip 30 and the displacement mechanism are part of the refill and are mounted on said plate 102. On the support strip 30, the eyelashes 41 are preferably grouped together in the form of eyelash units 40, visible in FIG. 3. Fixing the eyelash units 40 on the support strip 30 is preferably provided by an adhesive coating of the support strip 30, the coating having adapted to allow separation of the units 40, without degrading the eyelashes 41. Each eyelash unit 40 may comprise an eyelash fringe 41 and a connecting strip 42. The eyelashes 41 are interconnected at one end, preferably base, by the connecting strip 42, the other end being free. The artificial eyelashes 41 and the connecting strip 42 are made of synthetic fibers, typically polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) and PVC, and are secured to the connecting strip 42 by any known method. They may for example be glued or made of material with the connecting strip 42. They can also be sewn to the connecting strip 42 or welded to it 42. Advantageously, the support strip 30 has a plurality of disjoint adhesive areas, Said zones being, for example, covered with an adhesive coating, the remainder of the support strip being non-adhesive. The eyelash units 40 are preferably fixed on the support strip 30 so that the eyelashes are oriented parallel to the longitudinal direction of the support strip 30, the connecting strip 42 then being transverse to this direction. Alternatively, the eyelashes 41 may be oriented transversely, in particular orthogonal.
[0006] In addition, the eyelash units 40 are preferably uniformly distributed over the support band 30, so that they are spaced apart by a constant interval between two consecutive units. Typically, this interval may be between 5 and 20 mm. Typically, the eyelashes 41 have a length L of between 8 and 15 mm, preferably equal to 10 mm. The eyelash units 40, in turn, have a width I between 3 and 10 mm wide, preferably between 4 and 5 mm wide. This width is narrower than traditionally sold eyelash units. It is thus necessary to apply a plurality of eyelash units 40 on the eyelid to cover the entire width of the eyelid of the user.
[0007] In the case of eyelashes oriented parallel to the support band 30, the decrease in the width I of the eyelash units 40 makes it possible to reduce the width of the support support band 30 on which the units are fixed, and consequently the occupied volume. by the dispensing device 1. As illustrated in FIGS. 2, 4, 5, 7, and 8, the moving mechanism comprises a reel 20, rotatably mounted relative to the plate 102. A first longitudinal end of the support strip 30 is fixed to the reel 20, and a portion 31 of the support strip 30, on which are fixed the units of artificial eyelashes to be dispensed, is wound around the reel 20. The reel 20 is therefore positioned upstream of the dispensing opening 11 , and may even be the origin of the path of the support strip 30. The portion 31 of the support strip 30 wound around the reel 20 constitutes a reserve 20 of eyelash units 40. More particularly, the dimensionn 1 of the device 1 may allow to wind several meters of support band 30, for example between 0.5 and 2 meters of strips, which can store between 20 and 180 units of artificial eyelashes. This allows a user to have about 10 to 30 days of artificial eyelashes. The length of strip to be wound around the reel 20, as well as the diameter of the circular section thereof, must be adapted so that the winding of the support strip 30 around the reel does not alter the radius of curvature of the reels. eyelashes, once distributed, too importantly.
[0008] For example, if the diameter of the circular section of the reel 20 is too small, the eyelashes on the strip portion closest to the outer surface of the reel will have too large a radius of curvature. Thus, the diameter of the circular section of the reel 20 is between 5 and 12 mm.
[0009] Furthermore, the winding of the support strip 30 forms a cylinder around the reel 20, the diameter of which increases progressively with the length of the wound web 30. If the length of the wound web 30 is too large, the diameter of the cylinder thus formed will be large and the radius of curvature of the eyelashes fixed on the support strip 30 at the periphery of the winding will be too small.
[0010] The carrier web winding length indicated above takes this effect into account. The diameter of the cross section of the cylinder formed by the support strip 30 wound around the reel 20 may have a diameter of up to 30 mm. The dispensing device 1 thus makes it possible to store a considerable number of artificial eyelash units 40, unlike conventional boxes, and this with great compactness, thanks to the winding of the support band 30 15 around the reel 20. As illustrated in Figure 8, the reel 20 takes the form of a cylinder of circular cross section, the cylinder being rotatable about its axis of revolution, and of length greater than or equal to the width of the support strip 30. This allows that the support strip 20 30 properly bears on the outer surface of the cylinder 20. Note that the reel 20 may be made of the same material as the plate 102. The system of displacement of the support strip 30 further comprises here a coil 21 , rotatably mounted relative to the plate. The coil 21 is downstream with respect to the dispensing opening 11 in the path of the strip 30.
[0011] The second longitudinal end of the support strip 30 not fixed to the reel is fixed to the reel 21, and a portion 33 of the support strip 30, from which the eyelash units 40 have been taken, is wound around the reel 21. In a similar manner to the reel 20, the reel 21 takes the form of a cylinder of circular cross section, the cylinder being rotatable relative to the plate 102, and of length greater than or equal to the width of the support strip. 30. This allows the support strip 30 to properly bear on the outer surface of the coil 21. Advantageously, the coil 21 may be made of the same material as the plate 102. The reel 20 and / or the coil 21 may comprise flanges lateral guides for guiding said support strip 30. As particularly visible in Figure 6, advantageously, the housing 10 comprises positioning fingers 360 and 361. Said positioning fingers ent 360 and 361 are for example from the base of the housing 10 and are designed to allow positioning of the plate 102 inside the housing 10.
[0012] Referring to FIG. 4, it can be seen that said plate 102 is here provided with at least two hinge pins 360 'and 361' made of material with plate 102. Said hinge pins 360 ' and 361 'are for example hollow so as to cooperate respectively with said positioning fingers 360 and 361. In other words, said hinge pins 360' and 361 'are configured to serve as housing respectively to the positioning fingers 360 and 361.
[0013] Advantageously, the cooperation of the hinge pins 360 'and 361' with the positioning fingers 360, 361 allows at least partial attachment of the plate 102 with the base and thus with the housing 10. In other words, once the platinum 102 arranged in the housing 10, the positioning fingers 360 and 361 are advantageously designed to be arranged inside the axes of joints 360 'and 361' so as to immobilize at least partially the plate 102.
[0014] It should be noted that said articulation axes 360 ', 361' advantageously extend orthogonally to said substantially planar portion 107 of the plate 102. They are designed to be arranged parallel to the positioning fingers 360, 361. It will also be noted that the positioning fingers 360 and 361 have, for example, an outside diameter substantially equal to an inside diameter of the hinge pins 360 ', 361'. The reel 20 is designed to be rotatably mounted about the hinge pin 360 'of the platen 102. The spool 21 is designed to be rotatably mounted relative to the hinge axis 361. of the plate 102. It should be noted that said hinge axes 360 'and 361' each have a length substantially greater than or equal to the length of the reel 20 and that of the reel 21. As illustrated in FIGS. 7, advantageously, each of the hinge pins 360 'and 361' is provided, at a free end, with holding lugs designed to allow respectively the reel 20 and the reel 21 to be held respectively on said pins. articulation 360 'and 361' and thus on the plate 102. As illustrated in Figure 2, an intermediate portion 32 of the support strip 30, located between the portion 31 wound around the reel 20, and the portion 33 wound around the coil 21, passes nearby This portion 32 is supported on a deflection element 24, here in the form of an end of a rib 25 for guiding said support strip 30. Said guide rib 25 is advantageously derived from material with said platen 102 and integral therewith. Said deflection member 24 is adapted to be disposed near the dispensing aperture 11, i.e., at a distance from the dispensing opening 11 less than the length of an eyelash. In Figure 8, a single unit of eyelashes has been shown to not weigh down the representation. The support strip 30 is stretched by the deflection element 24, and bypasses it by changing its direction, in its path between the reel 20 and the reel 21. The position of the deflection element 24 and its diameter are adapted so that when the element 24 is bypassed by the support band 30, the eyelash unit 40 partially separates from the carrier support band 30 and leaves the device 1 via the dispensing opening 11.
[0015] For example, a direction of the support strip 30 upstream of the deflection member 24 and a direction of the support strip downstream of the deflection member 24 are chosen to promote this detachment. The radius of the deflection element 24 is chosen so that its external surface has a radius of curvature of between 0.5 and 40 mm, so that when the band bypasses the deflection element by resting on this external surface, it adopts the same radius of curvature. In addition, the eyelash units 40 are arranged on the strip so that the natural curvature of the eyelashes is opposite to the curvature adopted by the support strip 30 when the latter circumvents the deflection element 24.
[0016] Thus, when the support strip 30 reaches the deflection member 24 and changes direction by pivoting about it, the end of the downstream unit 40 comes off the support strip 30, and leaves by The distribution units 40 are preferably arranged on the support strip 30 so that, when the carrier strip 30 moves towards the dispensing opening 11, the binding strips 42 of the eyelashes 41 are conveyed first to the dispensing opening 11. In this way, it is the connecting strip 42 which is detached from the carrier support strip 30 and which leaves the device 1 through the dispensing aperture 11. the free end of the eyelashes remains glued to the support band 30. When the support band 30 is in this position, the user can, before manually removing the unit from the device 1, glue the connecting strip 42. During this gluing step, the unit 40 is nc maintained at the support band 30 by the free end of the eyelashes 41, and the user does not have to hold the eyelashes 41 in hand. This results in a decreased risk of degrading the artificial lashes 41 at the time of sizing. Moreover, in order to facilitate the handling of the eyelash unit 40 for the purposes of its gluing and its installation, walls 120, 122 of the housing 10 located on either side of the dispensing opening 3033990 12 11 arranged in the housing 10 preferably have a form of clamp, as will be developed below. In operation, the portion 32 of the support strip 30 located downstream of the deflection element 24 no longer supports eyelash units because they were removed by the dispensing opening.
[0017] This portion 32 of the support strip 30 is conveyed to the spool 21. Here, the mechanism for moving the support strip 30 further comprises an actuating means 23 for rotating the spool 21, allowing the winding of the spool support strip 30 around the coil 21, the winding of the support strip 30 around the coil 21 causing, as already said, the displacement of the support strip 30 for the distribution of the eyelashes 41. Advantageously, the housing 10 comprises an opening 12 and the actuating means 23 comprises a wheel operable through said opening 12. Said device 1 may be configured so that a manual actuation of the knob 23 in a direction towards the dispensing orifice 11 from a opposite part 100 of the housing 10 15 causes the displacement of the support band 30 for the distribution of the eyelashes 41. In other words, in FIG. 2, where the dispensing opening 11 is situated on the left, the wheel 23 must be cut in the clockwise direction to allow the unwinding of the support band 30. The unwinding thus takes place through a movement, corresponding to a pushing movement of eyelashes, intuitive for the user.
[0018] As illustrated in FIGS. 1b and 7, the wheel 23 may comprise a knurled wheel which protrudes from the housing 10 through the opening 12. The coil 21 is, for example, coaxial with and integral with said wheel 23. advancing the support strip 30 by actuating the knob 23 in rotation. The knurled wheel of the knob 23 advantageously has an outer peripheral surface 25 provided with ridges. Said peripheral surface is intended to be manipulated by the user to actuate the knob 23. As indicated above, the knurled wheel is arranged to protrude from the housing 10 through the opening 11, in particular when the clamp is open. . In this way, the user can advance the eyelashes 41 towards the dispensing opening 11 by manipulation of the wheel 23. More specifically, the rotation of the wheel 23 causes the rotation of the coil 21, and 5 the winding of the support strip 30 around the coil. This winding causes the displacement of the portion of the support strip 30 extending between the reel 20 and the reel 21, and consequently the routing of the lash units 40 towards the dispensing opening, accompanied by the phenomenon of detachment of the eyelashes at level of the dispensing aperture described above. This movement causes the unwinding of the support strip 30 of the reel 20.
[0019] Said plate 102 may also be provided with a rotary bearing 106 designed to allow guiding of the band 30. Said rotary bearing 106 is free to rotate, for example, about a hinge axis 362 ', in particular derived from molding with the rest of said plate 102. Said hinge axis 362 'of the plate 102 may itself be hollow in order to define a housing cooperating with a positioning finger 362 made of material with the base of the housing 10.
[0020] Advantageously, said positioning finger 362, like the other positioning fingers 360 and 361, is oriented in a direction orthogonal to the side wall 310 and parallel to the hinge axis 362. As for the coil 20 and the reel 21 , said hinge pin 362 'may advantageously be provided at its free end with holding lugs for maintaining the rotary bearing 106. It is also possible to provide a locking mechanism for the knob 23 in a direction of rotation, so that the user can drive it in rotation only in the unwinding direction of the coil 21. Said platen 102 is thus provided with a flexible arm 112 acting as a non-return ratchet by cooperation with a toothed wheel 114 coaxial and secured to the coil 21, this 25 allowing the plate to provide the blocking function of the displacement of the support strip 30 in an undesired direction.
[0021] As already indicated, the walls 120, 122 located on either side of the dispensing opening 11 may be configured to allow clamping against each other in the manner of a clamp, this in the purpose of maintaining one or more of said eyelashes 41 between said walls 120, 122.
[0022] According to one aspect of the invention, as illustrated in FIG. 6, one 120 of said walls is fixed and the other 122, said movable branch of the clamp, is articulated, in particular pivotally about an axis 125, relative to the rest of the housing 10. Here, the fixed wall 120 is formed of a portion of the peripheral contour 350 and the movable arm 122 is located in a portion of the peripheral contour 350 opposite to the fixed wall 120.
[0023] In other words, the fixed wall 120 and the movable arm 122 are substantially facing each other. Thus, to block the eyelashes 41, the user actuates the movable arm 122 to wedge the eyelashes against the fixed wall 120. Said movable arm 122 may comprise at its distal end a lip 123 allowing a planar contact against the fixed wall 120 to improve the retention of the eyelashes 41. Advantageously, as illustrated in Figure la, the movable arm 122 may be configured to prevent the routing of eyelashes 41 to the dispensing opening 11 when the clamp is closed. For this purpose, when the movable arm 122 is in the closed position it can be configured to hide one side of the knurled wheel. Said side of the knurled wheel and part of the movable branch 122 are then facing each other. In this configuration, the wheel 23 is thus difficult to maneuver because the ridges of the knurled wheel, which serve to manipulate it, are then less accessible. In other words, in the closed position, the movable arm 122 covers one side of the wheel 23 so that the knurled wheel no longer protrudes from the housing 10. It thus becomes difficult for the user to manipulate the wheel 23. In particular, the manipulation of the external peripheral surface, at which the grooves of the knurled wheel are located, is impeded by the presence, in the vicinity, of a portion of the movable branch 122. Conversely, as illustrated in FIG. 1b, in the open position, the same part of the movable arm 122 is retracted into the housing 10.
[0024] As illustrated in Figure 2, said device 1 may further comprise a spring blade 126 exerting a force on said movable arm 122 to maintain it in an open position of the clamp. Said spring blade 126 exerts its action, for example, on a portion of the movable branch 122 located between its hinge axis 125 and its distal end 123. Said spring blade 126 is for example located on said plate 102 and mounted in rotation in relation to this one.
[0025] Said movable branch 122 may also be configured to hold snap on the housing 10 in a closed position of said clamp. Said movable branch 122 here comprises for this purpose one or more flexible lugs 130, intended to cooperate with a complementary integral form of the housing 10. The said flexible lugs are located at one end of the movable branch 122 opposite to that on which said spring blade acts. To unlock the clamp, so as to allow it to return to the open position, the user acts on the movable arm 122, on its part located between said hinge axis 125 and said flexible tabs 130. Said plate 102 may comprise a positioning stop 170 of said flexible tabs 130 in the open position of the clamp. Said positioning stop may comprise a part, in particular an end of the guide rib 25 opposite to that located in the vicinity of the dispensing aperture 11. Said coil 21 may be located in the housing 10 in line with the part of said movable arm 122 being located between its hinge axis 125 and the end opposite the distal end 123, that is to say, here, the end comprising the flexible detent lugs 130. Said movable arm 122 may further include a manipulation protrusion 134 for the passage from the open position to the closed position. It is here located between the hinge axis 3033990 16 of said movable branch and its distal end 123, in particular between said hinge axis 125 of said movable branch and an actuation zone of said spring blade 126. As mentioned higher, it will be noted that the passage from the closed position to the open position of the clamp is caused by an action of the user on the part of the movable branch 122 located between the axis 125 and the flexible tab 130. rotation in the opposite direction of the movable branch 122, from an open position to a closed position, is caused by an action of the user on the part of the movable branch 122 located between the axis 125 and the lip 123 According to another aspect, here illustrated in FIG. 3, said housing 10 may comprise a viewing window 160 of the support strip 30 near the dispensing opening 11, in particular made using a transparent part of the case, like already mentioned above. Said window 160 may advantageously carry a positioning mark 162 for positioning one or more of said eyelashes 41. The location of said mark is chosen, for example, in order to materialize the preferred immobilization position of the eyelash (es) by the forceps mentioned above. .
[0026] On the other hand, referring again to FIG. 2, it can be seen that in the position of the support strip 30 where the connecting strip 42 is peeled off from the support strip 30 and where the free end of the eyelashes 41 remains glued to the support strip 30, one end of the eyelashes contiguous to the connecting strip 42 is advantageously in contact, or even rests on the movable arm 122, here on the lip 123. In this way, when the eyelashes 41 are in this position, the closure of the clamp and thus the 20 approximation then the contact of the lip 123 against the fixed wall 120 participate or complete the detachment of the eyelashes 41. In particular, the contact between the movable arm 122 and the fixed wall 120, the eyelashes 41 being maintained between the two, may cause a localized deformation by flattening eyelashes 41 which were initially curved over their entire length. This deformation may contribute to said detachment of the eyelashes 41 of the support strip 30. The initial contact between the eyelashes 41 and the movable arm 122 may take place in the open position of the clip or at a later stage of the closing movement thereof. .
